We happened upon this little market on our walk from the beach to dinner. It sort of seemed to have a theme. It reminded me, in some ways, of a renaissance fair with the flags and the fire juggler who performed music reminiscent of that time. Stalls contained food and treats, clothing, jewelry and toys. We bought some of our favorite olives from this stand...Campo Real...Yum!

You gotta have cheese...

This little puppy enjoyed lounging in his owner's arms while they enjoyed a game of checkers...

Sweet treats...
One of several jewelry stalls...

This guy put on quite a show...
These markets on Spain are really fascinating and always attract quite a crowd of people.
ReplyDeleteThis kind of medieval markets are quite popular lately. They organize them everywhere.
ReplyDeleteHey guys, I just find it interesting that they are medieval rather than morrocan or something. Regardless, it was cool and the kids really enjoyed it. Especially the street performer with the fire baton!
ReplyDeleteWell, in fact there are medieval but there are other similar markets with other themes (arab, crafts, traditional from each region...)
ReplyDeleteCool...I'll be on the lookout!
